How To Use
1. Suggest that the consumer use the liquid injection molding machine to inject into the mold and manufacture products.
2. The two components of A and B must be completely mixed by machine according to the weight or volume ratio of 1:1. The vulcanization time is determined by the molding temperature. At high temperature conditions, a short time is required for product forming. If the silicone product is thick and large, it takes longer time to mold. After vulcanization, the mold can be disassembled.
3. If the machine is shut down for a long time (more than two days), either inject component A or component B into the mixing section alone. Or remove the static mixer of the injection molding machine immediately, seal and store it in a low temperature (< 1?) environment, or clean up the remaining rubber.
Packaging, Storage and Caution
1. This series of product is packed in 20 kg/plastic straight pail or 200 kg/metal drum, with plastic liners.
2. Products should be stored in sealed condition, kept it in a cool place and avoid rain and sun exposure.
3. This series of products are non-dangerous goods. The valid period is 1 year. If the products exceed the storage life, it can be re-tested to prove the curing speed is acceptable, if so, it can be used.
4.To prevent cure inhibition, try to avoid contact with tin compound (most condensation silicone contained tin compound catalyst) amines, sulfur and phosphorus compounds and some metal salts.
5. In this series, component A contains catalyst and component B contains cross-linking agent. When products from different manufacturers are used, tests shall be carried out to avoid cross-linking reaction.
Established in March 2003, Casting Australia Technology Co., Ltd has evolved into a professional supplier of integrated lost wax casting solutions, including jewelry casting machines and related materials.

1. What are the primary applications for TBL-8800 Liquid Silicone?
The TBL-8800 series is a food-grade, high-transparency silicone specifically designed for liquid injection molding. Because of its high tear strength and yellowing resistance, it is widely used for manufacturing baby products (like bottle nipples) and kitchen appliances. It is also fully compliant with ROHS, REACH, and FDA standards.
2. How should the two components be mixed and used?
This is a two-component (Part A and Part B) addition-cure system.
Ratio: They must be mixed at a 1:1 ratio by either weight or volume.
Process: We recommend using a liquid injection molding machine.
Curing: The molding speed is very fast at high temperatures. While high heat shortens the vulcanization time, thicker or larger products will require a longer duration in the mold before disassembly.
3. What precautions should be taken to prevent “cure inhibition”?
To ensure the silicone cures correctly, you must avoid contact with substances that can inhibit the chemical reaction. These include:
Tin compounds (often found in condensation-cure silicones).
Amines, sulfur, and phosphorus compounds.
Certain metal salts.
Mixing brands: Do not mix our components with those from other manufacturers without prior testing, as the catalysts and cross-linking agents differ.
4. How should I store the product, and what is its shelf life?
The product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in its original, sealed packaging in a cool, dry place away from sun and rain. If the product is older than one year, it may still be used if it passes a re-test for curing speed and performance.
5. What should I do with the machinery during a long shutdown?
If your injection molding machine will be idle for more than two days, you should:
Inject only one component (either A or B) into the mixing section to prevent hardening.
OR Remove the static mixer immediately, seal it, and store it in a low-temperature environment ().
OR Completely clean out any remaining mixed rubber from the system.
